The Method to Claim PDUs for Bi-Monthly Dinner Events

Access the PMI "Continuing Certification Requirements Online PDU Resources" page on the PMI web site at http://tel.occe.ou.edu/pmi/PMI_Member/pmiR2.php3

- Enter  your PMI member number and Certification Number
- Select PMI PDU Self Report Form and click Login
- Select Category 3 on the drop down list
- Select Continue
- Enter  C287 for the Chapter Number under Option 3 at the bottom
- Select Get Programs for this Provider
- Click 1 to 2 PDU Event button at the top
- Enter data describing the event, (dinner events are 1-1.5 PDU)
- Click Agree
- Click Preview
- Click Finalize

In accordance with the PMI Continuing Certification Handbook, documentation should be retained that supports your reported activities. For Category 3 activities this would be a "registration form, certificate or letter of attendance". You will want to keep copies of the emails confirming your on-line registration for the meeting.
