Joe has 38 years experience in the corporate world, with the last 11 years managing Hewlett-Packard’s worldwide telecom projects. As a Senior Global Program Manager, he was very successful in relationship building and leadership development. He completed leadership assignments in Brazil, Canada, Germany, Ghana, Japan, Nigeria, Sierra-Leone, South Africa, Thailand, Turkey and the USA. He has served as officer in several professional organizations in different countries. He was certified by Boston University to teach in their Management Development Programs and was an instructor in project management at the Graduate School of Engineering at the Southern Methodist University (SMU) in Plano, Texas. He is also a Certified Life and Leadership Coach with clients in different countries. Dr. Amanfu is the President and CEO of Seed Word Communications LLC, a Tallahassee-based company, providing coaching and services in Leadership Development, Book Publishing and Public Speaking.

Robert has been a member of the Tallahassee PMI Chapter and a Project Manager at FLDEP since 2003. Bob was one of the first volunteers for the Chapter, setting up informational material and sample publications at Chapter meetings in 2003 and 2004. He has prior volunteer leadership experience as a 7-G Credit Union Board member and as a church trustee and board member. Bob is currently Secretary of the Countryside at Benjamin's Run Homeowners Association and a governing Elder at Lafayette Presbyterian Church.
Patricia has more than 34 years experience in state government and is currently a Project Manager with the Agency for Health Care Administration in the Medicaid Project Management Office. She provided leadership in IT for over 20 years in several agencies including, HRS, the Information Resource Commission, Labor and Employment Security, State Technology Office and Agency for Persons with Disabilities. Patricia worked 7 years in finance and accounting at FSU, Labor and Employment Security, and Banking and Finance, before becoming involved in IT and Project Management. She graduated from FSU in Business Administration and earned her PMP in 2005.
Fran has more than 30 years experience in state government working as an Educational Data Analyst, a Statistician Supervisor and an Economist. Her most recent experience is as a Project Manager supervising the development of a large automated data management system. As a project manager, she coordinated a training program to assist project team members' development and improve their skills. This was accomplished through formal classes and attendance at workshops and seminars. Since retiring from the state, she has worked as an adjunct instructor at FAMU College of Pharmacy and FSU College of Medicine. She has also taught classes for the American Red Cross, and at various facilities here in Tallahassee. She believes that continuing education and professional development are key to an individual's quality of life.
