Dr. Zingale will quickly review the official economic and revenue outlook for the next three years and then discuss how to initiate critical IT projects during these difficult economic times.

About the Speaker: 

Dr. Zingale recently retired from state government after 35 years of public service.  During his career, Dr. Z served 17 years as legislative staff  (Appropriations, F&T and Research Staff Directors).  Dr. Z also served 18 years with the Department of Revenue: Deputy Director and eight years as Executive Director.  Jim is currently with Capitol Hill Group, a public consulting group and also is a contract consultant with Deloitte Consulting.
