Speaker Details
Greg Githens, PMP, NPDP has over 25 years of
experience in program and project management. He is a Managing
Partner with Catalyst Management Consulting. He is the co-author of
Successful Project Management (fourth edition) (2005, John Wiley &
Sons). In addition, Greg is the author of over 25 articles on
strategic management and leadership. He writes a quarterly column on
program management in PDMA's Visions magazine, and authored several
chapters in various Project Management books. He is an enthusiastic
and sought-after speaker, and has delivered multiple times at the
ProjectWorld conference, PMI symposia, PMI chapters and elsewhere.
