Presentation Topic

Success in life, business or projects is not based merely upon what we know, but on correctly applying the knowledge we have. The primary reason projects succeed is good communication. People are the most important project resources. There is a gold mine of basic, common sense people-skills that we should put into practice in our day-to-day project management activities. This presentation engages participants to examine some of the time-tested and proven project management nuggets.

We will discuss the following foundations of project success:
1.        The Importance of human resources
2.
        Managing Risk
3.
Recommended Rules for running Effective Project Meetings
4.
Public Speaking - Simple techniques for presentations to management, clients and the public
