Presentation Topic
Cliff Earl will present,
"Practical Cost Benefit Analysis: How to Make It Work for
You."
The key questions
Cliff will be discussing in this presentation are:
- What is Cost Benefit Analysis (CBA)? What is it
NOT?
- What does CBA have to do with IT projects?
- What's in it for the IT professional?
- If CBA is so useful, why don't more organizations use
it?
- What are some practical steps IT organizations can
take to make CBA a useful tool?
Cliff plans a very
interactive session, with a strong visual component.
