Presentation Topic

Ruth Elswick, PMP will offer advice on taking the first, often forgotten, steps of managing projects – working with project stakeholders.  All stakeholders, including team members, are tuned into the WIIFM radio station ― better known as: What’s in it for me?  The sage project manager recognizes the importance of fine-tuning the WIIFM’s very early in a project.  Based on years of experience, Ms. Elswick takes an-often humorous, but practical, approach to successfully communicating with various stakeholders.
