Ronald Falkey, PMP
Ron has been an active member of PMI and the local
Tallahassee Chapter and served as Membership VP between December 2004
and January 2007. He is a certified Project Management Professional
with more than 30 years demonstrated leadership experience supporting
both private and public sector organizations on a wide range of programs
and projects. He is experienced in the practical application of project
management methodologies and best practices, and brings recent
experience with State of Florida IT planning, budgeting and funding
request processes. Ron also had a seventeen year career as a
commissioned officer in the United States Coast Guard.

First Vice President
Joseph Amanfu, PMP
Joe has 38
years experience in the corporate world, with the last 11
years managing Hewlett-Packard’s worldwide telecom projects.
As a Senior Global Program Manager, he was very successful
in relationship building and leadership development. He
completed leadership assignments in Brazil, Canada, Germany,
Ghana, Japan, Nigeria, Sierra-Leone, South Africa, Thailand,
Turkey and the USA. He has served as officer in several
professional organizations in different countries. He was
certified by Boston University to teach in their Management
Development Programs and was an instructor in project
management at the Graduate School of Engineering at the
Southern Methodist University (SMU) in Plano, Texas. He is
also a Certified Life and Leadership Coach with clients in
different countries. Dr. Amanfu is the President and CEO of
Seed Word Communications LLC, a Tallahassee-based company,
providing coaching and services in Leadership Development,
Book Publishing and Public Speaking. |

Dina Cottrell
Dina is the Project Manager of Software Development for MEGAS LLC, a
Tallahassee-based medical services company. She has over 10 years of IT
project management experience, including considerable ERP, database, and
quality assurance experience. Dina also has considerable expertise in
financial systems and processes. She has earned a Graduate Certificate
in Project Management from FSU and a BA in Accounting Information
Systems from Stetson. Dina is currently working on her PMP
certification. |

Robert Keyt, PMP
Robert has
been a member of the Tallahassee PMI Chapter and a Project
Manager at FLDEP since 2003. Bob was one of the first
volunteers for the Chapter, setting up informational
material and sample publications at Chapter meetings in 2003
and 2004. He has prior volunteer leadership experience as a
7-G Credit Union Board member and as a church trustee and
board member. Bob is currently Secretary of the Countryside
at Benjamin's Run Homeowners Association and a governing
Elder at Lafayette Presbyterian Church. |

Terrence Samuel, PMP
Terrence is the Chief of the Information Technology Project Management
Office at the State of Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor
Vehicles (DHSMV). He is a PMP. He also earned his MA in Public
Administration and his BS in Computer Science and Business
Administration from Troy University. Terrence has been a State of
Florida employee for over 10 years and worked in the private sector
prior to joining the public sector. |

Michael Cragg, PMP
Michael has been an active member of PMI and the Tallahassee
Chapter since 2008. His past responsibilities include
Sponsorship Chairman and the chapter’s Webmaster. He is an
experienced Project Management Professional (PMP) with over 15
years experience and has worked in the Tallahassee area since
2001. He is currently a contract project manager for the
Department of Health and previously worked for the Department of
Transportation and Florida State University. He has served as
project manager for a wide variety of projects including systems
integration, information systems development and data center
consolidation projects. |

Vice President Professional Development

Fran Buie MS,
PMP
Fran has more than 30 years experience in state government working
as an Educational Data Analyst, a Statistician Supervisor and an
Economist. Her most recent experience is as a Project
Manager supervising the development of a large automated data
management system. As a project manager, she coordinated a
training program to assist project team members' development and
improve their skills. This was accomplished through formal
classes and attendance at workshops and seminars. Since
retiring from the state, she has worked as an adjunct instructor
at FAMU College of
Pharmacy and FSU College of Medicine. She has also taught
classes for the American Red Cross, and at various
facilities here in Tallahassee. She believes that
continuing education and professional development are key to an
individual's quality of life. |

Mary Garvin, PMP
Mary has been a member of PMITLH and
the Women in PM SIG since 2003. She earned her PMP in 2007 and
received an MBA from the University of Florida in 2002. She has
worked for the Department of Financial Services since 1998 as a
project manager. She has worked on both IT and non-IT projects,
the largest of which was Florida’s $85M implementation of
PeopleSoft Financials where she was the state lead in the PMO. |
